Passing through Córdoba's historic center, on the pedestrianized Obispo Trejo Street, we found Mandarina. A restaurant with high-quality vegetarian options, an excellent executive menu featuring pumpkin, chickpea, and sunflower seed meatballs with cabbage, purple lettuce, and carrot salad, accompanied by yamani rice, and a beetroot dip with freshly squeezed lemonade and a glass of natural fruit salad. The staff was excellent, as was lunch with a sweet bossa nova playlist. Highly recommended. The owner is attentive in the kitchen, grateful for her customers. The waitress who served us deserves a 10 for her friendly and warm service. 100% recommended. Very affordable prices.
